Louisville, KY – Crosby Hall has been honored by Louisville Business first in the 2025 Family Business Awards. Hall is the Chief Administrative Officer of Louisville Tile, which is one of America’s largest and longest-tenured distributors of ceramic tile and related products. Hall was honored in the Rising Star/Next Gen category.

Hall’s recognition stems from her demonstrated commitment to growing Louisville Tile by maintaining the family’s legacy as the cultural cornerstone of the company. She has developed its people and drove strategic growth through strong branding and unique product offering. She has also shown meaningful engagement in the tile community through her leadership roles with the Ceramic Tile Distributors Association and advocacy for women in the flooring industry.
