Elena Grant
PublisherElena Grant is the Assistant Executive Director of Marketing and Communications for NTCA and Publisher of TileLetter. She is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in marketing leadership. Before joining NTCA, Elena spent over 15 years leading the marketing initiatives for Coverings, the premier tile and stone trade show. She is on the board of directors for the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation, where she leads the marketing committee. Based in Cumming, GA, Elena finds joy in spending time with her husband, three children, two dogs, and a blue-tongue skink. She is passionate about volunteering in her community, especially at the City of Refuge in Atlanta.
Lesley A. Goddin
Editorial Director and Senior WriterLesley Goddin has been writing and journaling since her first diary at age 11. Her journey has taken her through a career in publishing and publicity, landing her the editor position of TileLetter and its special publications in 2006. Her goal is to educate, inspire, recognize and encourage those in the tile industry -- especially the tile and stone contractor. Other interests include the soft, purring marvels known as cats, labyrinth walking, drumming and percussion, and a range of spiritual, musical and artistic pursuits.
Michelle Chapman
Media Sales and Production DirectorMichelle brings 25 years of dedicated experience with the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) to her leadership role as Media Sales Director and Production Director. She specializes in driving revenue growth through strategic media sales and oversees all comprehensive production workflows for NTCA’s marketing materials and the industry’s leading tile installation magazine, TileLetter, in print and digital. Her technical foundation is built on a deep expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, extensive hands-on knowledge of offset print production, and advanced digital design. She is passionate about her work, fueled by a lifelong love of marrying typography and photography to create impactful communications.
