Constructed in 2024 within the Vaughan Enterprise Zone, the facility strengthens Anatolia’s infrastructure and reinforces the Greater Toronto Area as a strategic hub for growth.
Strategically positioned with seamless access to Highway 427, Highway 407, Highway 50, and Highway 27—including the recent Highway 427 expansion and interchanges—the facility is designed for scale and efficiency. Featuring a 36’ clearance height, 54’x60’ column spacing, and 48 shipping doors, 700 Anatolian Drive is engineered to streamline logistics, optimize storage capacity, and enhance distribution performance across Canada and beyond.
Visits to the facility are by appointment only, ensuring a safe and focused experience for partners and clients.
