At Coverings 2026, Santamargherita S.p.A. invites the architecture and design community into its Marble Candy Emporium, an immersive booth that reimagines surfaces through the tasteful language of color, texture, and composition. The installation will be presented at Booth 8512 at the Las Vegas Convention Center from March 30–April 2.
The Candy Emporium is a material showcase, bringing a buffet of colors and textures that encourage a sweet yet sustainable palette. Each surface is designed to satisfy the eye and support the spaces in which we live and work day after day—durable, technically precise, and attentive to design intent. Like the most refined dessert, the experience is balanced.
SM Marble Terrazzo: a palette composed like dessert

At the center of the Marble Candy Emporium is a trio of SM Marble terrazzo selections presented as a spectrum of taste-inspired tonality, each color designed for architectural balance and emotional influence.
Crema Oro
A confection of milk foam and ivory, Crema Oro carries a honeyed warmth through its creamy field, like white chocolate softened with a touch of caramel. Its movement and refined surface make it ideal for hospitality floors, luxury retail, and residential interiors seeking luminous warmth without visual fatigue.
Rosso Verona
Deeper and almost roasted in tone, Rosso Verona evokes caramelized sugar meeting toasted spice and late-season fruit. Its saturation anchors expansive interiors and supports bold design gestures while remaining sophisticated and controlled.
Rosa Perlino
Marshmallow-toned and soft, Rosa Perlino’s blush champagne field offers a luminous terrazzo expression. Cream-forward hues and a balanced surface create an inviting material for lounges, wellness environments, and refined commercial spaces.
New launches across Santamargherita’s material collections
While the Marble Candy Emporium highlights terrazzo’s sensory appeal, Coverings 2026 will also introduce designers to Santamargherita’s newest innovations across multiple surface categories, each grounded in purposeful design and engineered function.
Concerto presents surfaces with a symphony of contemporary flair. Developed for environments where visual continuity matters, Concerto offers compositions that feel intentional and harmonious within their surroundings.
Inciso brings dimensionality to the surface through subtle articulation. Its tactile relief responds to light throughout the day, creating shadow play and depth while maintaining clean detailing.
Surfalite is defined by its ultra-thin profile and its ability to be applied across a wide range of surfaces, instantly revitalizing interiors and architectural elements without the disruption of full replacement. Lightweight by nature, it expands what is possible in design-led retrofits and new builds alike, allowing designers greater flexibility while reducing structural burden. Its minimal weight also opens opportunities in luxury transportation applications, where performance and aesthetic refinement must coexist.
Designers, architects, and members of the press are invited to schedule booth walk-throughs, request high-resolution imagery, and receive product samples for SM Marble terrazzo, Surfalite, Concerto, Inciso, and Shizen.
