Clark Cornelius named Chief Operations Officer; David Raymond appointed Executive Vice President of Happy Floors.
Paramount Global Surfaces (PGS), parent company of Happy Floors and Stone Source, is pleased to announce two key additions to its leadership team: Clark Cornelius as Chief Operations Officer of Paramount Global Surfaces and David Raymond as Executive Vice President of Happy Floors. The appointments reflect PGS’s continued investment in experienced leadership as the company strengthens its operations, customer partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.
Cornelius joins PGS following an accomplished leadership career with Florida Tile, a Panariagroup USA company, where he held several executive positions, including Executive Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and President & Chief Operating Officer. Throughout his tenure, he led initiatives across manufacturing, distribution, customer operations, and organizational development.
In his new position, Cornelius will oversee PGS’s operational strategy, including supply chain, logistics, customer service, distribution, product, marketing, and enterprise-wide operational excellence initiatives supporting both Happy Floors and Stone Source. His focus will include strengthening service levels, improving efficiencies, and optimizing distribution to support continued growth.
Raymond joins Happy Floors following a distinguished career with MSI (M S International), where he served in senior sales and marketing leadership roles and helped guide product strategy, brand development, merchandising initiatives, and go-to-market execution. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for developing high-performing teams, strengthening customer relationships, and successfully bringing innovative surface products to market.
As Executive Vice President for Happy Floors, Raymond will oversee commercial strategy and sales leadership for the brand, partnering closely with product development, marketing, operations, and customer experience teams. His focus will be on strengthening customer partnerships, expanding market opportunities, and accelerating the continued growth of the Happy Floors brand.
