Emser Tile announces strategic leadership transition

Emser Tile, a leading designer and marketer of the world’s finest tile and natural stone, has announced a strategic shift in leadership that reflects the company’s ongoing expansion and long-term goals and growth. Effective Jan. 1, Jim Parello has been promoted to President and current President Carl Delia has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer.

“Jim’s leadership, instincts, and strategic mindset have made a significant impact on our business since he joined the team,” Delia said. “His promotion to President ensures our team has strong, growth-orientated leadership while we continue to build momentum.”

Parello joined Emser in 2024 as Executive Vice President of Sales and has been instrumental in driving the company’s business forward and in elevating customer engagement. As President, he will continue to lead the sales and marketing teams and will focus on business innovation opportunities, company growth initiatives, and customer engagement excellence.

“This is an exciting moment for our company, and this new leadership structure ensures we’re thinking big and executing plans with operational excellence,” Parello said. “I’m eager to continue working alongside Carl and the entire Emser team as we build on the company’s strong foundation.”

Delia began his career with Emser in 1987 and has served as company President since 2016. As company CEO, he will focus on Emser’s long-term objectives, including innovation, efficiency and investments. He will continue to oversee finance, HR, sourcing and IT, and will work closely with Parello to strengthen the company’s position and role within the industry.
