In this role, Ramón will support the group’s strategic direction, with a particular focus on accelerating growth and development activities within ABK’s slabs product segment.

With over two decades of international executive experience in the premium surfaces industry, Ramón brings an outstanding track record of leadership, vision, and value creation. He has held senior leadership roles at some of the most prominent players in the sector, including CEO of Neolith Group and Corporate COO at Cosentino Group, where he played a pivotal role in the development and global launch of Dekton. In addition, he has been actively involved in technology-driven businesses such as Veegoo Technology and Electronics for Imaging (EFI), reinforcing his expertise at the intersection of materials, design, and industrial innovation.
At ABK Group, Ramón’s mandate will concentrate on strengthening the overall strategy, with particular attention to the slabs segment, while providing hands-on support to the ABK team to drive day-to-day growth. His deep knowledge of competitive dynamics, global distribution networks, product applications, and brand positioning in the slab and large-format surface market makes him an ideal strategic figure for this role.
