(New York, NY – June 20, 2023) Ceramics of Italy is thrilled to announce the launch of the third annual Destination: CERSAIE | Bologna program. Organized by Confindustria Ceramica (the Italian Association of Ceramics) and the Italian Trade Agency, the initiative offers North American architecture and design professionals the chance to win a five-day, CEU-accredited trip to Italy’s culinary capital, Bologna, to attend CERSAIE – the International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings – taking place from September 25 – September 29, 2023 and celebrating its 40th anniversary. This year, the Italian ceramic industry is excited to open the program to developers as well.
Selected architects, designers, and developers will be invited to join a delegation of leading industry journalists and professionals from across North America to be taken on a guided tour of the show to see the latest collections, trends, and innovations in Italian ceramic design.
Hand-picked applicants will also be treated to local cultural experiences in and around Bologna, including a memorable trip outside of the city to visit an Italian tile factory and historic balsamic vinegar producer. Ceramics of Italy will cover expenses for a four-night hotel stay and main cabin flight.
