Footprints Floors partners with LOBA Home to launch exclusive floor care system

The Colorado-based flooring installation franchise will be offering LOBA Home’s exclusive high-end floor care products at a discount through a customized online platform.

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo.Footprints Floors, a leading flooring franchise known for its commitment to quality and customer service, has announced an exclusive partnership with LOBA Home, a German-based floor care product company. This partnership marks the first of its kind for LOBA Home, introducing their high-end floor care products directly to the U.S. market through Footprints Floors’ extensive customer base.

The partnership, which was first proposed by LOBA Home during a recent Footprints Floors convention, represents a strategic alignment of two companies with a shared dedication to quality and innovation.

“LOBA attended our convention in Phoenix, Arizona, where one of their senior executives connected with our CEO, Bryan Park,” said Chris Curtis, vice president of franchise support at Footprints Floors. “They expressed interest in exploring a partnership that could bring significant value to both of our organizations.”

The LOBA Spray Mop comes with Universal Floor Cleaner Refill and a machine washable LOBA Microfiber Pad. It can be used for a range of hard surface floor coverings, including tile.

This collaboration allows Footprints Floors customers to access LOBA Home’s high-quality floor care products through a customized online platform, offering an exclusive discount.

“Homeowners can visit the Footprints Floors website to access our floor care maintenance system,” said Curtis. “We’ve developed a dedicated page where customers can find coupons that link directly to a customized LOBA site, exclusively for Footprints Floors customers. LOBA has invested in this special build-out, allowing our customers to purchase their products using the provided coupons.”

The partnership also benefits Footprints Floors franchisees by providing them with an additional revenue stream. “The really great part about it for our franchisees is, it’s great for the customer because they get 20% off their first-time buy of whatever they buy on the LOBA site,” said Curtis. “That’s great for the customer. And then what also happens is there’s a percentage, a rebate that goes to our franchise owners.”

“This is the first of its kind with LOBA specifically,” said Bryan Park, founder and CEO of Footprints Floors. “This is the first time they’ve really ventured at all into cleaning products, and they told us — and we could read between the lines — rather than pursue an expensive marketing campaign to try and get in front of the general public, they thought it would be more effective to just partner with us because we’re already in so many houses. So we, in effect, became their marketing arm for their new product that they’re launching nationally.”

Footprints Floors is proud to align with a company that shares its commitment to sustainability and green practices. “Hardwood floors are about as eco-friendly as a product people can put in their homes,” said Park. “They can last a hundred years if they’re maintained correctly.”
