Passover begins on April 1, in the midst of Coverings this year. Join Gianna Vallefuoco, Allison Eden, Georgia Ezra for a Passover Meet & Greet for all who celebrate, as well as those who want to join in community with their Jewish friends.
This pre-Passover celebration will take place Monday, March 30 from 5:00 – 6:00 pm at the Galvanize Lounge, C102. All are welcome.
The story of Passover (“Pesach” in Hebrew) is well aligned with the tile industry, and how we can all bond over mortar! The symbolic seder plate includes “charoset”, which represents the brick and mortar used by enslaved Israelites to build the Pharoah’s cities. What better way to celebrate the historic significance of mortar than at Coverings on Passover!
