RTC Products, a leader in innovative tools and accessories for professional tile and stone installation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Charlie Leach as the company’s new Outside Sales Account Manager. Leach brings more than 25 years of experience as a tile contractor, along with extensive technical and field knowledge of professional tile installation. He is a Certified Tile Installer (CTI #1600) and CTI Evaluator, giving him a firsthand understanding of the challenges installers face and the products, training, and support dealers need to serve them effectively.
“Charlie brings a level of field experience that is difficult to teach,” said Rich Eckert, Vice President of Sales at RTC Products. “He understands the products, but more importantly, he understands how they are actually used on the jobsite. That experience will be a valuable resource for our dealers and their customers.”
In his new role, Leach will oversee RTC Products’ North Central territory, including North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. He will focus on strengthening dealer relationships, supporting product education and training, and helping RTC expand its presence throughout the region.
His background as a longtime contractor and Certified Tile Installer will also allow him to provide a practical perspective when working with dealers. Rather than simply presenting products, Leach can help connect RTC’s tools and solutions to the installation problems contractors encounter in the field.
“I’ve spent most of my career working in and around the tile industry, so I understand how important it is to have the right products and the right support behind them,” he said. “I’m looking forward to working with RTC’s dealers, sharing what I’ve learned over the years, and helping contractors find solutions that make their work easier and more efficient.”
