Stonepeak Ceramics, the U.S. operation of the Italian Iris Ceramica Group and a leading manufacturer of high-tech porcelain and stoneware solutions, was honored with the Best In Show Award at Coverings 2026. Presented by the Tile Council of North America (TCNA), this award represents the highest level of recognition at the show, celebrating Stonepeak’s exceptional execution of concept, design innovation, storytelling, and the integration of technology and sustainability throughout booth 6234.
Within the booth, Stonepeak showcased a series of highly innovative porcelain collections through “The Magical Journey” booth concept—an immersive experience blending digital art, sensory environments, and perception-based design to reinterpret ceramics as a material capable of transformation, storytelling, and emotional resonance.
This year’s Magical Journey places a particular spotlight on Stonepeak’s two newest introductions: Classic Boutique and Plane Dimension.
Classic Boutique brings a refined interpretation of marble-inspired design through U.S.-made 8mm porcelain surfaces that celebrate heritage craftsmanship while delivering modern performance. Evoking the timeless elegance of Italy’s historic architecture, the collection offers richly detailed surfaces that merge classic beauty with contemporary durability.
The renowned PLANE® family of 6mm thin, large-format slabs, engineered for precision, versatility, and clean architectural expression, expands with Plane Dimension, a new collection defined by an added dimension of texture and finish, made in the U.S. Through advanced, next-generation manufacturing technology, the collection distinctly renders the tactile nuance, dimensional veining, and lifelike surface movement found in natural stone, creating a visually immersive, remarkably realistic, and genuine tactile experience.
In addition to these new collections, Stonepeak highlighted several technological innovations throughout the booth. The company’s proprietary Full Body3—a highly resistant full-body porcelain technology that integrates raw materials, pigments, and conglomerates throughout the entire thickness of the slab, enabled by an internationally patented industrial production process—and its revolutionary 4D porcelain, a next-generation large-format material with consistent visuals throughout its thickness that enables seamless countertop applications, were prominently featured in the main area of the booth.
Complementing these standout solutions were interactive technologies from Iris Ceramica Group: Hypertouch®, a concealed-sensor smart surface system; Moonlight, a mesmerizing backlighting solution; Attract®, an innovative and sustainable dry magnetic laying system that embraces the circular economy; and DYS (Design Your Slab), the Group’s advanced customization solution that allows designers to imprint bespoke graphics directly onto porcelain surfaces.
