This year Coverings is offering a slew of events, not only for networking, but also for thriving in work and life. There will be two dedicated spaces for some special events: the new Galvanize Women’s Lounge B206 in which women can connect, celebrate, and draw inspiration from like-minded industry peers, and an Outdoor Oasis Space 7006 where attendees can step into an outdoor environment which is actually inside on the Coverings show floor. The beauty of these two welcoming spaces is to experience the educational programs of Coverings in an intimate setting where attendees can interact with each other and with the speakers. Each space will have events starting Monday morning, April 22:
9-9:30 a.m. – Welcome to Wellness Kick-off – Galvanize Women’s Lounge. Come learn about events throughout the week, intended to promote a culture of uplifting and thriving for women.
10:45-11:15 a.m. – Intro to Mind Fitness Kick-off – Outdoor Oasis. This session launches the networking for wellbeing series. Expanding on last year’s mindful living series at Coverings, Gianna Vallefuoco of NTCA Five-Star Vallefuoco Contractors will offer sessions in both spaces throughout the week, providing a respite from the hectic trade show schedule for many attendees. She will be joined for some sessions by Ron Nash, COO and President of LATICRETE North America, as well as Allison Eden of Allison Eden Studios. The sessions will cover entrepreneurship, creativity, resilience, mind fitness, meditation and mind and body wellness.

- 2 – 3 p.m. – NTCA Women in Tile Meet & Greet. Gather at the Galvanize Women’s Lounge to relax, meet peers, make new connections, and learn more about the NTCA Women in Tile Group.
- 4 – 6 p.m. Women of the Flooring Business will hold its second annual reception at the Galvanize Women’s Lounge.

- 7:30 – 9:15 a.m. – The “Igniting Change, Rising Together” women’s event sponsored by NTCA Women in Tile, Women in Stone, NTCA, LATICRETE, Coverings, and Quantify N.A takes place at the Galvanize Women’s Lounge.
