JennAir® appliances and Cosentino®, a global leader in the production and distribution of sustainable surfaces for architecture and design, have introduced the JennAir Ⓡ x Dekton panels collection. The made-to-order panel systems are designed to seamlessly integrate refrigeration appliances into the architectural expression of the modern kitchen.
The new offering includes five custom panel colors for select JennAirⓇ refrigeration columns and wine columns, allowing designers and homeowners to achieve a continuous stone aesthetic across the kitchen. Building on the rise of waterfall edges and full-height stone backsplashes, the trend toward customization and monolithic designs continues to grow as homeowners seek refined spaces that conceal everyday items.

“The partnership with Dekton makes so much sense because we are always striving for our products to be part of the home for ultra cohesion,” said Brittni Pertijs, Lead Designer of Color, Material, and Finish at JennAirⓇ. “When you think of your beautiful countertop that moves up the wall as a backsplash, why not elevate your appliances with that same look and feel? Appliances shouldn’t feel like cold machines or in the way. They should be part of the overall design and support the look the designer and homeowner is going for.”
Through cutting-edge cladding capabilities, the Dekton panels offer the next era of material fluidity, connecting cabinetry and countertops. The JennAirⓇ x Dekton collection is created using 4mm panels engineered for select JennAirⓇ panel refrigeration weight tolerances, handle drilling capability, and panel hanging compatibility.
The ultracompact surfaces are carbon-neutral. Furthermore, due to Dekton’s ultra-durable properties, the panels create a nearly maintenance-free kitchen with high resistance to stains, scratches, and heat.
“The ability to bring Dekton into an application such as integrated appliance panels is a direct result of its ultra-compact composition,” said Valentin Tijeras, VP of Global Product, R&D + Quality at Cosentino. “Dekton can be produced in a slim format without compromising its performance, allowing the surface to be placed on the hinges, which is a complex process. It’s a clear example of how advances in material innovation can expand cladding application versatility in design.”
The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to material innovation and design freedom, enabling appliances to recede into the kitchen while standing out as a subtle architectural statement. This initial launch features a curated palette of five popular Dekton finishes:
- Albarium: a peaceful, powdery matte white surface featuring transparencies and color gradations typical of Roman stuccoes, with subtle reflections that simulate marble dust.
- Grafite: a textured blend of black and gray tones scattered with whitish and reddish cloud-like patches, evoking dark, fine-grained limestone in a matte finish.
- Laurent: a dramatic dark brown background with striking veins of gold inspired by the natural stone Port Laurent.
- Rem: a velvet-finish white marble-inspired colorway with intricate fine brown and grey veining, accented by subtle hints of gold.
- Trance: a fluid, bluish veiled composition combining cream and gray tones that blend between white palettes and fine streaks of oxides that fade into reddish gold.

The JennAirⓇ × Dekton collection bridges appliance design with advanced surface materials, providing designers with expanded flexibility to create “no kitchen, kitchen” environments, or spaces where appliances are intentionally concealed within the broader design.
“The JennAirⓇ × Dekton collaboration is a natural evolution of where kitchen design is heading—toward a more integrated, architectural approach,” said Kerrie Kelly, FASID, CEO and Creative Director of Kerrie Kelly Studio and 2026 National Board Chair for the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA). “By aligning appliance design with advanced surface materials, it allows designers to create spaces where function and form are seamlessly unified, supporting the concept of the ‘no kitchen, kitchen’ while still delivering a highly personalized and elevated experience.”
The JennAirⓇ × Dekton panels are now available for order. More details can be found at www.jennair.com/design-expressions/custom-panels.html or by reaching out to the nearest luxury appliance dealer or Cosentino Showroom. Current lead times are approximately 12–14 weeks from order confirmation, subject to component availability. The undercounter option will be available later in 2026. GI Stone, a Chicago-based commercial stone supplier, fabricator and installer, will customize each panel to execute the design direction of each order.
About Dekton by Cosentino
Dekton® by Cosentino is a sophisticated mixture of a unique ultra-compaction press process and minerals made with Sinterized Particle Technology (TSP), allowing it to outperform when compared to standard porcelain. The carbon-neutral, ultracompact surface’s unique set of superior technical properties—such as resistance to UV rays, scratches, stains and thermal shock, and very low water absorption—make Dekton® suitable for a wide range of applications, both indoors and outdoors: facades, paving, cladding, worktops, sinks, etc. It is manufactured in large-format slabs up to 320cm x 144cm (roughly 126” x 56”) in five different thicknesses: 0.4cm, 0.8cm, 1.2cm, 2cm, and 3cm. In 2016, Cosentino obtained an Environmental Product Declaration for Dekton®, and in 2020, Dekton® earned the Carbon Neutral product certification for its entire color portfolio, standing out as the only cradle-to-grave carbon-neutral surface.
