MightySlab™ is 6mm large-format porcelain slabs with a 10 mm Moderno Core Board (MCB) bonded together with a proprietary resin mesh. This synergy creates embedded armor and protection that marries the aesthetic appeal and surface benefits of porcelain with the structural strength typically associated with stone materials. The result is a robust, yet lightweight panel designed for a diverse range of applications, including residential and commercial applications. This advanced technology significantly reduces constraints on the fabrication and installation process by strengthening its durability without eliminating the many design and wellness advantages of the material.

Fabrication: For MightySlab™ fabrication, stone cutter do not need specialized equipment. Simply utilize your stone fabrication machines with a porcelain blade and cut as you would with any stone. No need for recalibration.
Installation: Installation made easy! By using MightySlab™, time and materials are significantly reduced by only requiring construction adhesive versus thin set. MightySlab™ can be installed directly to the studs and can be shimmed for plumbness.
Health and Safety Prioritized: MightySlab™ has safe levels of silica and is free of hazardous materials, ensuring safer work environments for fabricators and installers. Porcelain, sintered stone, and MCB are all sustainable materials.
