March 7, 2025 — Menomonee Falls, WI — RTC Products is proud to announce the hiring of Robert Davis, a respected journeyman tile installer, business owner, and industry educator. Davis joins the company with a wealth of experience in tile installation, training, and advocacy, bringing his passion for education and installer empowerment to RTC’s mission of providing high-quality tools and solutions for the trade.
Robert has been a dedicated professional in the tile industry for over a decade. As a business owner, he has serviced the Pacific Northwest since 2013, building a reputation for quality craftsmanship and expertise. A Certified Tile Installer (#1246), he has also played a vital role in industry education, serving as a board member and class instructor for the Oregon Columbia Tile Trades JATC, a BOLI-certified apprenticeship program. Additionally, he works under contract with the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (CTEF) as a CTI evaluator, assessing hands-on certification exams since 2021.
Beyond his technical and instructional background, Robert is a founding member of the Mud Event and currently serves on its board of directors as Chaplain, reinforcing his dedication to preserving and advancing traditional tile-setting techniques.
