The “Very Versace” lifestyle reinvents ceramics

Bringing high-fashion luxury and glamour into the world of interior design, the exclusive ceramic collections once again take centre stage at Cersaie

27 September 2022 – Combining the iconic style of textile prints with the glittering colours of precious stones, Versace Ceramics surfaces bring the luxury and elegance of the VERSACE lifestyle concept to Cersaie 2022, the International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings taking place in Bologna from 26 to 30 September.

One of the novelties is GEMSTONE, the new Versace Ceramics collection inspired by the opulence and bright colours of precious stones. The luminous transparencies of crystals, the sinuous movements of onyxes and the translucent colours of quartzites are among the inspirations for the large porcelain stoneware slabs created as sophisticated backdrops for prestigious projects.

The fashion house’s most iconic motifs, such as the Greca, Barocco and Medusa designs, have been transformed into glittering ceramic wallpapers with all-over decorations in a 120×280 cm size and a thickness of just 6 mm. MANIFESTO celebrates the unmistakable style of the “very Versace” prints, recreating them on large slabs made with multicoloured glazes enhanced with precious metals.  The project is part of the journey that began with ICONS, the first wallpaper-effect porcelain tile collection produced by Versace Ceramics, in this case in a 60×120 cm size. The brand’s personality is expressed through 25 decorative motifs, all of which convey a powerful sense of luxury and exclusivity.

Visitors to the Versace Ceramics booth will also be able to admire the surfaces of MAXIMVS, the ceramic tile collection inspired by the finest marbles which now includes 162×324 cm slabs with a thickness of 12 mm ideal for creating elegant countertops.   The company’s booth at Cersaie will also showcase the DETAILS bathroom and wellness collection, which includes furnishing elements such as washbasins and vanity tops designed to coordinate perfectly with the ceramic surfaces, and the updated Taps&Co series of taps and accessories.
