CERSAIE 2025: Discover the Future of Ceramic Tile & Bathroom Design in Bologna

CERSAIE, the International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings, will take place in Bologna, Italy — the heart of the Italian ceramics industry — from September 22-26, 2025. Founded in 1983, the fair has become the premier international event for industry professionals to discover the latest trends, formats, innovations, and cutting-edge installation techniques in ceramic and porcelain tile.

With 600+ international manufacturer exhibitors, attendees will have a first look at the newest products — ranging from ultra-thin slabs and 2cm porcelain pavers to small brick and mosaic formats, alongside wall-mounted porcelain sinks and washbasins — that prioritize durability, hygiene, and high-end design. New products at this year’s show will also coincide with the latest designs and colors currently dominating the industry, including bold colorways, sculptural textures, technologically-advanced backlit slabs and finishes, and full-wall cladding that delivers visual drama with minimal maintenance. Additionally, some manufacturers are partnering with celebrated natural material suppliers to channel decades of expertise into hyper-realistic ceramic renditions of natural materials. Italian manufacturers are also at the forefront of sustainable production, implementing closed-loop recycling systems, water and energy conservation practices, and meeting rigorous standards through certifications such as LEED, EPD, Greenguard, Declare, and achieving B Corp certification for a select number of manufacturers.

Other insightful learning opportunities will be available for industry professionals as part of the robust conference schedule of design, sustainability, and technical seminars, as well as the chance to see first-hand live tile installations showing new format techniques for large-scale porcelain, countertops, and more.

Beyond the show itself, visitors will be immersed in the rich cultural charm and architectural heritage of Bologna. Renowned as Italy’s culinary capital, the city offers a chance to explore its historic streetscapes, iconic porticos – protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site – and its vibrant, eclectic atmosphere.
