Florida Tile introduces travertine-inspired Tuscan Villa HDP

Florida Tile introduces Tuscan Villa HDP., traditional travertine-inspired porcelain tile in a modern palette and clean edges. The movement within each graphic and the premium glaze on the surface provides a luxurious distinction. A soft feel contradicts the extreme durability and slip resistance provided by this state-of-the-art glaze. The undulations on the surface create a subtle timeworn texture that transports you to the relaxed atmosphere of Tuscany.

“Tuscan Villa HDP embodies the Italy of our dreams. The beauty is simultaneously awe-inspiring and welcoming,” said Tressa Samdal, Florida Tile Director of Marketing. She added, “It is an ideal balance of artistry and substance, adding refinement to any setting while being technically tough enough to endure the harshest commercial conditions.”

Three fresh color choices enable this porcelain tile to stand out from the crowd. Arezzo Ivory stuns with a warm white base and swirls of light gray and fawn hues, Cortona Beige is imbued with a palette of beiges and golds over a base of alabaster, and Florence Silver is a dramatic blend of soft gray tones that fuse into a sterling nebula. Each color is available in 6×6, 12×12, and 12×24 field tiles, a 36 piece mosaic, and a 3×12 bullnose.

Doug Hayes, Vice President of Sales for Florida Tile added, “This product is an incredible value as the premium glaze along with other technical attributes allow it to be rated for all projects from residential to heavy commercial. The durability and slip resistance of Tuscan Villa HDP make it an excellent option for commercial specifiers.”

Manufactured using proprietary HDP—High Definition Porcelain® printing technology and with the technical performance of porcelain, the Tuscan Villa HDP collection is appropriate for all applications in both residential and commercial settings. It is entirely made in the USA in Florida Tile’s Green Squared Certified®, Advanced Manufacturing Center in Lawrenceburg, KY of 40% pre-consumer recycled content. It meets the DCOF AcuTest® requirements to be installed in wet areas and is GREENGUARD® and Porcelain Tile certified.
