Walker Zanger Introduces New Large-Format Botanicals Tile Collection

Bold Patterns Bridge the Gap Between Vintage and Modern Style

LOS ANGELES — Walker Zanger, the industry’s leading natural stone and tile design resource in North America, announces the launch of Botanicals, a collection of large format decorative porcelain tiles in a playful palette of floral and leafy prints. When a room calls for more than clean lines and subdued colors, Botanicals brings lively energy with its effortlessly cool aesthetic at a 24-inch by 48-inch scale.

“Designers have been craving more large format tile options because like wallpaper, they bring eye-catching statements in color and pattern to any space,” said Erika Egede-Nissen, Director of Marketing at Walker Zanger. “We’re delighted to offer this whimsically elegant new collection that empowers designers to experiment with prints in tile format.”

Botanicals is available in two dynamic patterns. With contrasting glossy and matte finishes, Tahiti features large graphic prints of rich green tropical leaves. The softer Blush Peony, meanwhile, is distinguished by an artistic floral design and a smooth matte finish. Both patterns can be used on walls in a wide range of residential and commercial applications, from a daring powder room to a hip hotel lounge.

Botanicals exudes the experimental spirit of Walker Zanger’s new Design Realized campaign, which encourages trade professionals and homeowners to consider and explore the company’s curated collection of natural stone and tile products in four design style categories identified by the company. An example of the Nostalgic Maximalism design style, Botanicals creates statements in tile through strong, sophisticated stylings with a thoughtfully shaped palette and layers of pattern, texture and color.
