Coverings is getting a jump on awards programs for 2025, and is now accepting submissions for two acclaimed awards programs: The 2025 Coverings Installation & Design (CID) Awards and the 2025 Coverings Rock Star program. Submission deadline for both awards programs is December 20, 2024.
The CID Awards recognize projects featuring tile and stone that showcase beautiful and impeccable installation and celebrate outstanding achievements in the design and installation of ceramic tile and stone in residential, institutional, and commercial projects. Projects are judged on their levels of creativity, craftsmanship, and outstanding use of materials in the use of ceramic tile or stone within the project categories.
There’s no cost to enter — and multiple entries are accepted!
CID Award winners receive:
- Projects featured onsite at Coverings 2025
- One-night hotel stay (or $200 gift card) in Orlando
- Recognition at CID Awards Ceremony & Reception
- Bonus coverage in publications and websites.

The Coverings Rock Stars – an Emerging Leaders Program – honors the best and brightest young talent in the tile and stone industry. Since its inception, the program has recognized dozens of young leaders who have connected at Coverings through mentorship and networking opportunities. The program, which celebrated 10 years in 2024, underscores Coverings mission to support the growth and success of the industry by recognizing top-notch talent and fostering networking and educational opportunities.
